Anger Management
Anger Management Groups
Anger management groups consist of a maximum of ten members and meets once per week. Each session lasts approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours. We draw heavily on transactional analysis, behavior therapy and rational emotive therapy. The cost of attending the groups is $25.00 per hour.
